Source-reported public data. Amber/Red is a reported dashboard status signal, not proof of failure. Source data may lag actual delivery state and reporting periods vary by agency and jurisdiction.
Operator and conflicts. This dashboard is produced by Simon Inglis / 10fifteen. Simon also undertakes government and supplier advisory work. Public prominence is selected by source-data rules rather than commercial opportunity; projects with direct conflicts are not used as spotlight/detail material, while aggregate public rows remain included.
