Privacy policy

reportinglines.com is operated by Simon Inglis (10fifteen, ABN registered in Queensland, Australia). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect almost nothing and share even less.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. All data is aggregated — we see page view counts and referrer sources, not individual visitors.

LinkedIn integration

We use the LinkedIn API to retrieve analytics about our own posts and Company Page (follower demographics, post engagement metrics). We do not collect, store, or share any third-party LinkedIn user data. If you interact with our LinkedIn content, LinkedIn's own Privacy Policy applies to that interaction.

Cookies

This site uses a single localStorage entry to remember your light/dark theme preference. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no cookie banner required.

Data we do not collect

  • Personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide (see Newsletter below)
  • IP addresses (Plausible does not log these)

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by Buttondown, our newsletter provider. We use your email address solely to send you a monthly digest of new articles. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We do not share your email address with any other party.

Third-party services

  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly page view analytics
  • Buttondown — newsletter delivery and subscriber management
  • Bunny Fonts — font delivery (privacy-friendly alternative to Google Fonts)
  • Cloudflare Pages — site hosting and CDN
  • LinkedIn API — our own page analytics only

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new effective date. Given how little data we collect, meaningful changes are unlikely.
